When standing at the pool's edge at the deep end, the main drain suction outlet covers or a four inch by four inch square marker tile in contrasting color shall be clearly visible. When standing at a spa's edge, the deepest portion of the spa floor shall be visible when the water is still. 1. For pools over ten feet deep an eight inch by eight inch square marker tile in a contrasting color to the pool floor shall be visible at all deepest part of the pool. 2. This reference point shall be visible at tall times from the edge of the deck times from the edge of the deck. EHS informed owner; he was aware and had already purchased the chemicals needed to clear up the water.

Observed an excessive amount of sun bathing loungers on the deck preventing 4ft of clearance around the pool. g) A minimum four foot deck width shall be provided on the sides and rear of any diving equipment or waterslide stairs. A deck clearance of forty-eight inches shall be provided around all deck equipment.EHS informed the owner of the need to move the lounge chairs and that 4ft of clearance is needed around the pool.
