Observed the concentration of the sanitizer in the 3-compartment sink and the sanitizer buckets was not at the correct sanitization concentration level. CA: A chemical sanitizer used in a sanitizing solution for a manual or mechanical operation at contact times specified under subsection (8)(b)3. of this Rule shall meet the requirements specified in DPH Rule 511-6-1-.07(6)(g), shall be used in accordance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-registered label use instructions. COS: Hand mixing according to the instructions on the sanitizer bottle until P&G can come correct the automatic mixer.

Most current inspection report not displayed in the drive through window, readable to the public at time of inspection. CA Inspection report must be displayed at least within 15 feet of the main entrance at a height of 4 to 7 feet and readable from 1 foot away. As well as be displayed where the top 1/3 portion can be read from the drive through. COS: Two copies of this inspection given so that one may be displayed in lobby and drive-thru.
