6-1A - proper cold holding temperatures
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(f) - time/temperature control for safety; cold holding (p)
observed prep top cooler not operating. store was keeping items on ice but several items were still greater than 41 degrees F. repair has been ordered. CA-need to check items and change ice more frequently, should rotate with items stored in walk in cooler once reaching close to 41 degrees F until cooler is repaired. COS-out of temp items disposed of at time of inspection

observed drink nozzles at drink machine encrusted with mold-like substance. COS-cleaned at time of inspection
