At time of inspection, the handwashing sink in the kitchen is disconnected. The PIC states a plumber is scheduled to come out and will reconnect the handwashing sink.

At time of inspection, observed an empty paper towel dispenser at the handwashing sink in the kitchen. Restock paper towel, so that hand drying provision is available once the handwashing sink is operational.
14C - single-use/single-service articles: properly stored, used
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(e)1&3 - single-service/single-use items stored 6" off floor in clean, dry location (c)
At time of inspection, observed a stack of paper cups laying in the bottom of the cabinet in the breakfast area, not stored in protective sleeve. When storing single-service items, items must be stored within original protective packaging OR stored in a way that protects them from contamination.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(2)(c) - floor and wall junctures, coved, & enclosed or sealed, water-flushed floors provided with drains & graded to drain (c)
At time of inspection, observed a hole in the wall in the kitchen, down near the coving. Repair the wall.
