At time of inspection, observed single-service paper plates and plastic spoons stored in cabinets in front food service area, with items not sealed in original packaging OR in a sealed container, to prevent contamination. When not in-use, single-service items must be stored either in original packaging OR in a sealed container, to prevent contamination.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(2)(i) - light bulbs, protective shielding (c)
At time of inspection, observed a missing light shield in the kitchen, above food prep. table. Glass bulbs must have protective shielding, to prevent physical contamination of food, should the bulbs shatter.
