COS: PIC discarded TCS food items that had been at 48 degrees F + temperatures for an extended period. PIC will have the unit looked at and will not use the unit to store TCS foods until the unit has been repaired/replaced and food can be held at or below 41 degrees F. In the meantime, all foods will be stored in the other RIC.
