At time of inspection, the hot water in the room inspected registered at 127 degrees F. COS: PIC lowered the thermostats on the water heaters to ensure that the hot water in all guest rooms does not exceed 120 degrees F

At time of inspection, facility does not have records of gas-fired equipment inspections (for dryer and water heaters). POC: PIC will contact a licensed plumber/electrician to have the gas-fired equipment inspections performed. Provided PIC with a copy of the gas-fired equipment inspection form.
6/11/2025: The owner emailed the completed gas-fired equipment inspection forms for all gas-fired equipment on the property (two dryers, one water heater, and one stove). The violation has been corrected

At time of inspection, PIC stated there has been no inspection of the gas water heater, to his knowledge. POC: PIC will contact a licensed gas equipment inspection company to have the gas water heater and gas lines inspected at least once per year

At time of inspection, observed stained pillows and bedding in rooms inspected (Room 101 and Room 107). Also observed hair on the flat sheet in Room 101. PIC stated he will replace the stained/dirty linens with clean linens. PIC stated he has ordered all new bedding for the facility and will replace all bedding very soon

At time of inspection, observed lack of anti-slip coating or mats in the tubs, in the rooms inspected (Room 101 and Room 107). PIC states he will place anti-slip mats in the tubs, to avoid slips/falls
