COS: PIC discarded the cream cheese and the butter, as it has been in the refrigerator for some time, and it is unknown how long it has been out of temp. CA: PIC states there are ice crystals blocking the flow of the freezer air into the refrigerator. PIC states the refrigerator/freezer will be defrosted and cleaned, then turned back on. PIC states he will ensure that the refrigerator is capable of holding food / food products below 41 degrees F, before using the unit again.
