Observed in reach in cooler: raw shrimp beside cooked chicken; in walk in cooler: shelled eggs beside ready to eats sauces, raw chicken beside cooked chicken, raw hamburger beside half n half, raw chicken beside lemon juice. PIC moved items to appropriate location.

Observed TCS items on the counter above 41F including: cooked chicken wings 64F and cooked rice 55F. PIC discarded items.
