Observed sanitizer buckets reading below 150ppm;PIC re-made sanitizer.

Observed container of juice stored on floor of walk-in cooler. PIC moved juice to appropriate location.

Observed employee with artificial nails not wearing gloves while working with exposed food. Employee put on gloves.
