Observed Time control for safety / potentially hazardous food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. All portions top and bottom must be kept at 41F or below. Service unit or other solution to ensure 41F or below.

Observed missing splash guard between vegetable wash and dish wash sink. CA: replace missing divider.
