Observed stains on pillows.

CA: Charlton EH instructed PIC that pillows with visible staining must be discarded and replaced

Observed bathroom vents blocked with dust in rooms 109 and 111.

CA: Clean more frequently to prevent dust build-up

No anti-slip device in showers when inspecting rooms 109, 111, or 116. 109 and 116 were prepared and ready for reservations; PIC stated the anti-slip mats were in the laundry.

CA: Partially corrected on site, anti-slip mat placed in rooms 109 and 111. Charlton EH instructed PIC that all rooms must have anti-slip devices for the showers and discussed alternatives to anti-slip mats

Stains on pillows, no pillow protectors.

Charlton EH instructed PIC that the stained pillows must be discarded and replaced with new ones, and they must put pillow protectors on all pillows

Damaged and/or dust vent fixtures in bathrooms. Mold/mildew on ceiling near one bathroom vent.

Charlton EH instructed PIC to fix room 117's vent immediately as it is not secured to the ceiling and can fall on someone's head. It is not to be rented out until fixed

All pillows in rooms inspected had severe stains on them. Some mattresses had large stains on them that looked like blood.

CA: Operator told to replace pillows, use pillow protectors, and to replace mattresses

Dust build-up in bathroom vents

No anti-slip device provided in the bathtub/shower in rooms

Rooms had visible stains on pillows and mattresses. Operator told to replace with new mattresses and pillows

Severe dust build-up in some bathroom vents (rooms 115 & 208). Slight dust build-up on bathroom vents in rooms 107, 111, & 205
