27 - all furniture, waste receptacles, draperies, carpets; clean, and in good repair, considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation

Rooms 102, 103, 104, & 105 had dirty dresser drawers (observed debris/build-up) and/or drawer bottoms falling out.
CA: CA: Charlton EH instructed PIC to clean more frequently and to repair the drawers.
Rooms 103, 104, & 105 had dusty air filters in the A/C unit.
CA: Charlton EH instructed PIC to clean more frequently to prevent dust build-up
34 - grounds, walkways, porches and hallways maintained; drives provide unobstructed width and proper spacing; graded to drain; trailer spaces marked clearly, areas clean and maintained in good repair
Regulation: 511-6-2-.18(2) - grounds free of litter
Unnecessary clutter on/in premises/laundry/storage areas.
CA: Charlton EH instructed PIC to clean and remove the clutter and old equipment not being used.
Observed a leak from the washing machine where the outlet hose goes to the drain.
CA: Charlton EH instructed PIC to repair the hose

Rooms 103, 104, 105 had bathroom vent fans with dust build-up.
CA: Charlton EH instructed PIC to clean more frequently.
Room 105 had a non-functional bathroom fan.
CA: Charlton EH instructed PIC to repair or replace the fan
