Observed a majority of water temperatures to exceed 120F in all rooms inspected (see notes). RCA: In all new tourist accommodations, and where possible in existing tourist accommodations, hot water in all guest rooms shall not exceed 120F

Observed yellow staining and pet hairs on zip cover of mattress in RM 102, staining on the zip cover in RMs 233 and 336. RCA: Washable mattress pads or covers shall be used on all mattresses. Beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin

Observed staining on the square yellow foot stool in all rooms inspected. RCA: All furniture must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin

Observed cracks and missing portions of the surface of the shower floors in rooms 411, 503, and 517. Observed water damage in the ceiling above the showers in rooms 222 and 322. RCA: Toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair. Walls, floors, and ceilings shall be constructed of easily cleanable nonabsorbent materials and shall be kept clean and in good repair

Observed that the gas fired equipment inspection was not accessible upon request. Rule: All gas-fired equipment shall be inspected at least annually by a qualified licensed contractor or local fire authority, if available. Points to be inspected are proper construction and installation, malfunctions and adjustments of controls and burners, faulty heat exchangers and vent obstructions. Any defects found on inspection must be corrected by a qualified heating contractor prior to use of the equipment. Upon request, the operator shall provide evidence of inspection and/or correction of any deficiency

Observed staining on pillow in rooms 212,216,422. Staining on mattress toppers in rooms 212,334,533. Rule: All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin

Observed hair and staining on sheets and/or mattress protectors in rooms 227, 234, 303, 325, 327, 338, 514, 522. CA: PIC will ensure housekeepers are using lint rollers in between layers on the bed. IF the stains cannot be treated, they will be discarded

Observed room 104 (127F) and 422 (127F) water temperature to exceed 120F.

511-6-2-.07(2) - Water Supply and Sanitizing Cold running water under pressure shall be provided to all equipment that uses water. Hot and cold running water under pressure shall be provided to all lavatories, bathing facilities, laundry facilities, and water-using equipment where eating and drinking utensils are washed. In all new tourist accommodations, and where possible in existing tourist accommodations, hot water in all guest rooms shall not exceed 120F
