Observed black buildup inside the soda dispensing nozzle at the bar. Observed black buildup on the interior surface of the ice machine dispensing area at the bar.
CA/COS: Staff immediately removed the soda nozzle and properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized it during the inspection.
CA: Advised staff to discontinue use of the ice machine until the dispensing area is thoroughly cleaned and maintained clean to sight.
RCA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.
