Observed multiple utensils (tongs, Knife) not in active use stored in a clean area with food debris built up on them. COS CA: PIC placed items to be washed. RCA: Items shall be stored Where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination

Observed build up on gaskets roll top in reach in cooler. Observed grease build-up on electrical outlets behind fryers.
RCA: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues
