Observed lifesaving ring to not be in good repair during inspection. Observed rope surrounding life ring to secure throw rope to be dry rotted and broken when pressure was applied.

RCA: 511-3-5-.18(10)(b) - (b) A minimum one-fourth inch diameter throwing rope one and one-half times the maximum width of the pool or fifty feet in length, whichever is less, to which has been firmly attached a ring buoy with an outside diameter of approximately fifteen inch.

Observed that the flow meter read at 0gpm at time of inspection with pump on.

CA: CPO installed a new flow meter during inspection. 511-3-5-.07(4)(b) - (b) A flow meter measuring the rate of flow through the filter system with an appropriate range readable in gallons per minute (GPM) and accurate within ten percent actual flow shall be provided. The flow indicator shall be capable of measuring from.

Observed no floating rope line in the pool.

CA: 511-3-5-.18(2) - (2) Rope and Float Line. A rope and float line shall be provided within one foot of and on the shallow side of the break in grade between the shallow and deep portions of the swimming pool, with its position marked with visible floats at intervals of PIC added correct float line.

Observed no paper towels in the women's bathroom.

RCA: 511-3-5-.19(2)(f) - (f) At least one paper towel dispenser or hand blow dryer shall be provided for every three lavatories.

Observed hand sanitizer within the soap dispenser instead of hand soap.

RCA:511-3-5-.19(2)(e ) - (e) Soap dispensers for providing either liquid or powdered soap shall be provided at each lavatory. The dispenser shall be of all metal or plastic. No glass shall be permitted in these units.

Flow meter was read zero at time of inspection with pump on.
