Observed multiple spray bottles in the bar and kitchen area to not be labeled with the common name of the solution being used. CA: PIC Shall put labels of common names on bottles. RCA: Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material.

Observed handwashing sink in bar to not have hand soap at basin or paper towels at basin. CA: PIC placed hand soap at hand washing sink and paper towels were located on the floor near the reach-in cooler.

Observed dishwasher that was in use the night before to not have sanitizer residue actively pulling from unit. CA: Upon further inspection, sanitizer container was empty. PIC shall not use unit until sanitizer is ordered and replaced.

Observed hand sink basin to discharge into a floor drain that did not have the proper containment for the water to directly lead into the drain without flooding the surrounding tiles. Observed handwashing sinks to not have knobs throughout kitchen. One handsink (near the front cook line) shall remain accessible and in good repair for catering staff to use during meal prep.
