Observed the following items stored in the prep top cooler in main kitchen held above the safe temperature of 41F: tomato slices, crab cakes, sausage, cole slaw, cheese slices, oysters. COS: PIC discarded the listed items. RCA: Time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F (5°C) or below
