Products included: mozzarella cheese, marinara, sausage, beef, chicken, pepperoni and alfredo sauce. CA: All items were placed from walk-in cooler to prep top cooler at 11:00am. All items shall be discarded at 5:00pm if not sold. PIC shall contact maintenance to service the unit. PIC shall contact the Chatham County Health Department at (912) 356-2160 when unit is repaired to verify the functionality of the unit.
