Observed container of diced ham in left reach-in cooler without labeling to indicate the 7-day discard date. Corrective action: Ready-to-eat (RTE) time/temperature control for safety (TCS) foods cold-held longer than 24 hours shall be labeled to indicate the 7-day discard date. Prep date verified and placed on container.

Gasket on meat cooler door detached and in poor repair.
15B - warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, used; test strips

Heat strips for measuring max water temperature not provided at high-temp dish machine.
