Observed cutting board stored on kitchen hand sink. CA: Hand sink to be kept accessible at all times and used for no purpose other than washing hands.

Chlorine sanitizer in spray bottle for use on dining tables at concentration in excess of 200ppm chlorine. CA: Maintain sanitizer solution at concentration of 50-100ppm chlorine. COS- Employee adjusted concentration to 50-100ppm chlorine and verified.
