Observed sanitizer bucket stored on work table. Store off floor, and below and separate from food prep areas to prevent contamination.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(j) - using dressing rooms & lockers, used for changing clothes and storing employee belongings (c)
Employee phoone and charging pad stored on shelf over olives and jalapenos. Employee items must be stored below and separate from food to prevent contamination.
