Person in charge (PIC) unable to produce temperature logs for after hours/ key drop deliveries. Corrective action (CA): PIC shall ensure that temperature logs be received and maintained for key drop deliveries as required.

No EPA approved Norovirus disinfectant present onsite for cleaning vomiting and diarrheal events. CA: EPA approved Norovirus disinfectant (EPA list G) must be present onsite for bodily fluid cleanup.
