Paper towels not supplied in dispenser at dish pit hand wash station. Corrective action (CA): All hand wash sinks shall be supplied with approved drying provisions. Worker refilled dispenser.

Establishment does not have proper written procedures for vomiting or diarrheal incidents. Person in charge (PIC) produced non-EPA approved disinfectant for cleaning bodily fluids. CA: Establishment shall have proper written procedures and EPA approved disinfectant on-site for cleanup of bodily fluids.
