Observed accumulations of grease, oils, and debris on cutting blades of plunge type can openers. Clean at a frequency to prevent accumulations. Observed gray/black mold like substance on both ice chutes on drink stations. Clean at a frequency to prevent accumulations. Staff assigned.

Observed multiple stacks of to go cups in open holders on self serve line exposed and uncovered. Utilize covered dispensers, or leave in protective plastic sleeves, with only the bottom of the top cup exposed. COS.
