Observed TCS food items held at grill prep reach in cooler measuring above 41 degrees F. COS: PIC relocated to walk in cooler and temps fell. CA: All TCS food items sahll be cold held at 41 degrees F or below.
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(k) - in-use utensils, between-use storage (c)
Observed ice scoop buried in ice at ice machine near 3-compartment sink. COS: PIC moved ice scoop to clean holder on top of ice machine. CA: Properly store utensils between use.
