Observed TCS food items held in reach in cooler near 3-compartment sink measuring above 41 degrees F. COS: PIC moved to another cooler. CA: All TCS food items shall be cold held at 41 degrees F or below.

Observed container of cooked eggs held at grill prep on top of steam well measuring below 135 degrees F. COS: PIC discarded. CA: All TCS food items shall be hot held at 135 degrees F or above.

Observed sodas on floor in dry storage. Advised to move minimum 6-inches off floor. CA: All food items shall be stored minimum 6 inches off floor.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(e)1&3 - single-service/single-use items stored 6" off floor in clean, dry location (c)
Observed bags of single use food conatainers stored on floor in dry storage. Advised to move minimum 6-inches off floor. CA: Properly store single use articles minimum 6-inches off floor.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(a) - good repair & proper adjustment (c)
Observed reach in cooler near 3-comaprtment sink not holding temps 41 degrees F or below. Advised to have repaired or replaced. CA: All equipment shall be kept in good repair and proper adjustment.
