Observed emergency phone dialing Kings 3. Advised must directly dial 911. COS: PIC called Kings 3 and adjusted so emergency phone connected to 911.
Regulation: 511-3-5-.11(3)(d) - (d) each skimmer shall have a weir that adjusts automatically to variations in water level over a minimum range of four inches.
Observed all weirs missing in simmers. Advised to replace. CA: All skimmers shall have working weirs.
Regulation: 511-3-5-.06(3)(f)1. - 1. handrails, if removable, shall be installed in such a way that they cannot be removed without the use of tools.
Missing end caps on base of ladder. Must be installed properly so to prevent injury.
