Upon arrival, observed the CFSM certificate not posted in public view. Advised PIC that the original CFSM certificate shall be posted in public view in each food service establishment. An additional copy shall be retained on file at the food service establishment at all times, and shall be made available for inspection by the Health Authority. Advised PIC to obtain the original CFSM certificate and post in public view.

Observed at the front-food service RIC, multiple single-service containers of coleslaw cooling tightly covered. Advised PIC on proper cooling methods: under refrigeration loosey covered or uncovered.
