Observed several containers of hot sauce near 3-compartment sink stored directly on floor in main kitchen. Advised to move 6 inches off floor. CA: Food items shall be stored minimum 6 inches off floor.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(3)(f) - lighting intensity, adequate in food prep, storage & service areas (c)
Observed light in walk in cooler not working. Advised to repair. CA: There shall be sufficient candle foots of light in food prep and food storage area.
