Observed ice machine near front service area with buildup and in need of cleaning. Advised to clean. CA: Food contact surfaces shall be kept clean.

Observed employee use wiping cloth to clean food contact surface with no sanitizer. Advised to use wiping cloth with proper sanitizer. CA: Sanitizer shall be proper strength to clean food contact surfaces.

Observed personal drinks stored with spices near grill prep prep top cooler. COS: PIC discarded. CA: Keep employee personal belongings in designated area away from food prep, food storage, and utensil & dish areas.
