Observed multiple containers of cut watermelon cold holding in the temperature danger zone overnight in the mobile unit's RIC. All TCS foods shal properly cold hold at 41 degrees F. or below. COS: PIC discarded multiple containers of cut watermelon.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(3)(b) - hand drying provision (pf)
See Base of Operation Violation. Observed hand sink without disposable towels at the sink. CA: Each handwashing sink shall be provided with individual disposable towels.

Observed hand sink near the 3-compartment sink obstructed by multiple chemical bottles. All hand sinks shall be maintained so that it is easily accessible at all times. CA: Stated to PIC to remove multiple chemical bottles from hand sink .

Observed missing allergy awareness written notification. The permit holder shall notify consumers by written notification of the presence of major food allergens as an ingredients in unpackaged food items that are served or cold to the consumer. CA: Stated to PIC to place written notification regarding food allergens to the public.

Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(l) - removing dead or trapped birds, insects, rodents, and other pest (c)
See Base of Operation Violation. Observed several dead insects on the floor in the main kitchen and front customer service area. CA: Dead insects and other pests shall be removed from control devices and the premises that prevents their accumulation.

See Base of Operation Violation. Observed no current inspection report posted at the Base of Operation. CA: The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times.
15A - food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(a) - good repair & proper adjustment (c)
Observed mobile unit's RIC with an ambient temperature of 62 degrees F. Equpment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under subsections (1) and (2) of this Rule.

Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
See Base of Operation Violation. Observed broken tiles in the mail kitchen of the food facility. CA: All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.
