Observed no signed employee health reporting agreements at facility. Emailed copies to PIC. CA: Food employees and conditional employees are informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report in accordance with the Chapter, to the person in charge, information about their health and activities as they relate to diseases that are transmissible through food.
2-2E - response procedures for vomiting & diarrheal events

Observed no written vomitus/fecal cleanup procedure at facility. Emailed GDPH copy of norovirus cleanup procedure and advised to have printed out and have all equipment needed to affect cleanup plan. CA: All food service facilities shall have written vomitus/fecal cleanup procedure.
