Observed multiple rusting and worn lamps in rooms 207, 252, 156. Observed items in dresser drawer in rooms 217 and 103. Observed fridge gasket in need of replacement in room 252. Observed debris in microwave in rooms 105, 156, 207, 217. Observed stains on curtains in rooms 105 and 256. Advised PIC all furniture, draperies, and appliances in Tourist Accommodation must be maintained in good repair, clean, and of free vermin

Observed stains on mattress in room 101. Observed stains on pillows in the following rooms: 105, 123, 252. Observed stains on linens in rooms 217, 252. Advised PIC to thoroughly clean all mattress covers listed

Observed concrete of 2nd floor in Building 1 broken. Observed rusted handrails on 2nd floor of building 2. Advised PIC that grounds, walkways, and railing shall be maintained in good repair at all times

Observed stains in tub in rooms: 256, 158. Observed debris on mirror in rooms: 121, 217. Observed debris in vent: 256. Observed stains on bathroom ceiling in room 123. Observed pink residue/mold-like substance on shower heads in rooms 105, 211. Observed stains on towels in rooms 105, 103. Advised PIC toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair

Observed visible light entry for rooms 207, 158, 252, 104, 105, 211, 123, and 256. Advised PIC to add weatherstripping to bottom and sides of door. Advised PIC openings to the outside shall be effectively protected against the entrance of rodents and insects by tight-fitting doors

Observed single service coffee stirrers not protected from contamination in the lobby area. Advised PIC that single service articles shall be protected against possible contamination. Advised PIC to obtain individually wrapped coffee stirrers or to place in a dispenser

Observed staining and residue inside coffee maker in rooms 142, 105, 211, 146, 222. Observed staining and rusting inside microwave in rooms 102, 142, 113, 201, 205, 222, 228. Observed. Observed staining on curtain in rooms 142 and 102. Observed debris in dresser drawers in room 211. Advised PIC all furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin. Advised PIC to thoroughly clean dresser drawers, coffee makers, curtains, and microwaves in rooms listed

Observed debris and residue on shower head in rooms 113, 201, 142, 222, 228, 148. Observed debris inside of bathtub in room 122. Advised PIC that toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair. Advised PIC to thoroughly clean showerheads and bathtubs in rooms listed

Observed visible light entry in rooms 105, 102, 211, 122, 142, 113, 205, 222, 146, 148, 228. Advised PIC Openings to the outside shall be effectively protected against the entrance of rodents and insects by tight-fitting doors, closed windows, screening, controlled air currents or other means. Screen doors shall be self-closing and screens for windows, doors, skylights, transoms and other openings to the outside shall be tight-fitting and free of breaks. Advised PIC to place weatherstrip on the rooms listed

Observed food contact surface of ice machine panel in builing #2 stored as clean with brown/black residue. Advised PIC that self-service ice-storage bins provided that the machines are maintained in good repair and capable of being properly cleaned and sanitized according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. Advised PIC to thoroughly clean food contact surface of ice machine

Gas heating and fire equipment inspection is expired 2-22-24. Owner contacted company during inspection to schedule an inspection and will email report to health dept

Observed staining on lampshade in rooms 105 and 123. Observed debris in dresser drawers in rooms 105, 148, and 123. Advised PIC that all bedroom furniture and its accessories shall be kept clean and in good condition at all times

Observed visible light entry at front-door of guestrooms: 209, 236, 126, 123, 148. Advised PIC outer openings of rooms shall be protected by tight-fitting doors, screening, or other means

Upon arrival, Observed single-service stirrers unwrapped in lobby area. Advised PIC that single-service stirrers shall be stored protected in order to protect from contamination. Advised PIC to obtain individually wrapped stirrers or to obtain dispenser

Observed multiple boxes of mattress covers, towels, and bed linens stored on the floor in laundry area. Advised PIC that items shall be stored atleast 6 inches off of the floor to protect from contamination

Observed multiple chemical bottles unlabeled on housekeeping cart. Advised PIC that all chemical bottles shall be labeled with common name
