Observed residue on upper metal portion of ice machine. Advised PIC equipment food contact surfaces shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation.

Observed heat lamp with ambient air temperature measuring 109F. Advised PIC ambient air shall be adequate.

Observed exterior of warmer cabinet with debris in need of cleaning. Advised PIC non-food contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of accumulation.
