Observed wet paper towels in the sink at the front food service area. CA: A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it accessible at all times for employee use.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(b) - food contact surfaces and utensils - cleaning frequency (p, c)
Observed a pink mold-like substance on the white panel of the ice machine. CA: Equipment food contact surfaces shall be cleaned at a frequency that prevents food residue accumulation. Discussed with PIC to increase the cleaning frequency of ice machine.
6-2 - proper date marking and disposition

Observed milk in reach-in cooler without an open date in the front food service area. CA: A TCS food held more than 24 hours shall be cleary marked to indicate the date by which the food shall be consumed. Discussed with the PIC that an open date shall be marked on all TCS items.
11D - thermometers provided and accurate

Observed in walk in freezer, reach-in freezer, and reach in coolers with no food temperature measuring device. CA: Food temperature measuring devices shall be provided and readily accessible for use in maintenance of food temperatures.
