Observed multiple food contact surfaces of interior of bowls stored on shelving unit in the main kitchen as clean with severe staining. Advised PIC equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.

Observed absorbent ceiling tiles being used above 3-compartment sink in the main kitchen. Advised PIC materials for indoor floor, wall and ceiling surfaces shall be smooth, durable and easily cleanable for areas where food service establishment operations are conducted
