Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(b) - food contact surfaces and utensils - cleaning frequency (p, c)
Observed food contact surfaces of the white panel of the interior bulk ice machine in the main kitchen stored as clean with slime and residue. Advised PIC that equipment food contact surfaces shall be cleaned at any time during the operation when contamination may have occurred. Advised PIC to increawse the cleaning frequency of the interior portion of the ice machine.

Observed nonfood contact surfaces of the interior of 2 warmer cabinets (Front-service area) with residue and debris. Advised PIC nonfood contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Advised PIC to thoroughly clean 2 warmer cabinets at the front-service area.
