Observed no vomit/fecal response and proper disinfectant at time of inspection. A food service establishment shall have written procedures and approved an EPA registered disinfectant.
18 - insects, rodents, and animals not present
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(2)(m) - outer openings protected (c)
Observed visible light entry underneath front-food of the facility. Outer openings of a food service establishment shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents by tight-fitting doors.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed multiple ceiling tiles with stains throughout the kitchen. Physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean.
