Observed workers wearing watches or bracelets while handling food. Manager had workers remove them.

Observed visible light at base of backdoor. Also observed backdoor being kept open when not in use. Advised PIC to repair shall be tight fitted without gaps or openings. PIC closed back door. CA: Outer openings shall be protected.

Observed roach with egg on wall above three compartment sink. Establishment shall be free of pests. Pest control records March 30 2025. Advised PIC to contact pest control company.

Observed inspection report not posted in plain view. Advised to post. CA: Inspection report shall be kept in public view. Had PIC move report to proper area.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(a) - good repair & proper adjustment (c)
Observed door curtains at walk in cooler and walk in freezer in need of repair or replacement. Observed door gasket seal on chicken warmer door damaged/ melted. Advised to repair or replace. CA: Non-food contact surfaces shall be in good repair.

Grease build-up on ceiling tiles and walls in kitchen, Grease build-up on ceiling in dry storage room, floor tiles throughout kitchen in multiple areas in need of repair and regrouting. Build-up present throughout floors in kitchen, dry storage room and walk in freezer. Bottom of doors to walk in cooler and walk in freezer is damaged and in need of repair. Leather chairs in lobby area damaged and in need of repair. Advised to repair. CA: Floors, walls, and ceilings shall be kept clean or in good repair.
