Observed food contact surface of interior of microwave stored as clean with staining and food debris. Advised PIC that equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned at any time during the operation when contamination may have occurred. Advised PIC to increase the cleaning frequency of the interior of the microwave.

Upon arrival, observed the 2025 Food Service Establishment permit posted in public view. Advised PIC that a current Food Service Establishment permit shall be posted in public view at all times. Advised PIC to post the 2026 Food Service Establishment permit in public view.

Observed nonfood contact surfaces of shelving units in the main kitchen's walk-in cooler with severe rusting and debris. Advised PIC nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Advised PIC to thoroughly clean or replace shelving units in the walk-in cooler.
