Observed mattresses in rooms 105, 114, 205, & 221 with stains. Advised to clean. CA: Beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean

Observed severe rust on bathroom vents in rooms, 105, 114, 126, 221, & 205. Advised to replace. Also observed rust on tub in room 221 and leaking Bathroom faucet in room 221. Advised to repair. CA: Bathroom fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair

Observed unlabeled cleansers on housekeeping cart. Advised to label. CA: Cleansers outside of original container shall have common name of cleanser

Observed holes in curtain for room: 104, 222, 204. Observed stains on lampshade for rooms: 222, 204, 211; and stains on chair for room 222. Advised PIC all furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin

Observed hairs behind headrest for rooms: 222 and 211. Advised PIC washable mattress pads or covers shall be used on all mattresses. Beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin

Observed walkways on 2nd floor obstructed by reach-in-cooler units (1) and broken ac unit grates on 1st floor, nearest to ice machine. Advised PIC all walkways, porches, and hallways shall be maintained in good repair. Only articles necessary to the operation and maintenance of the establishment shall be stored on the premises

Observed tear on bathroom ceiling for room 104; Hole in Bathroom Door for room 116 and 211; Severe rust bathroom vent for room 204. Advised PIC toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair

Observed visible light entry at front-door of facility for rooms: 104, 116, 204. Advised PIC openings to the outside shall be effectively protected against the entrance of rodents and insects by tight-fitting doors, closed windows, screening, controlled air currents or other means

Observed multiple damaged ceiling tiles in disrepair in laundry area. Advised PIC where laundry facilities are provided, they shall be separate from other facilities, of sound construction, and shall be kept clean, and in good repair

Observed cabinet in disrepair for room: 115, stains on lamp shade, holes in curtain for room: 208, and debris interior of coffee machine for room: 228. Advised PIC all furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin

Observed black mold like substance on ice machine shoot. Advised to clean ice machine shoot frequently

Chemical bottles observed not labeled on housekeeping cart. Advised to label chemical bottles

Observed hot water in guestrooms exceeding 120F for rooms: 104(120F), 205(121F), and 227(121F). Advised PIC hot water in guestrooms shall not exceed 120F

Observed rusting on vent in bathroom: 205; Debris on bathroom vent room 227; Tear on bathroom ceiling in bathroom 104; Stains on bathroom vent unit in room 113. Advised PIC all bathroom fixtures/equipment shall be clean at all times
