Observed the 2026 Tourist Accommodation permit posted not within adequate range of public view. Advised PIC that the current Tourist Accommodation permit shall be posted in public display at all times

Observed stains on the shower head and rusting in the bath tubs in the following rooms: 113( Shower head debris), 201 ( Rust in tub), 304 ( black mold-like buildup on seals). Advised PIC toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair

Observed the ice machine interior panel on the first floor stored as clean with black mold-like substance. Advised PIC that all ice machines shall be maintained and cleaned at all times

Observed linens on the floor next to dryer. Advised PIC a storage area or room shall be required to store clean linens and laundry at least a minimum of 6-inches off the floor and be free of pests, vermin, dust and moisture

Observed gas fire equipment inspection report dated: 7-14-24. Advised PIC all gas-fired equipment shall be inspected at least annually by a qualified licensed contractor or local fire authority, if available. Points to be inspected are proper construction and installation, malfunctions and adjustments of controls and burners, faulty heat exchangers and vent obstructions

Observed stains on lampshade for rooms: 116, 202, 114, 212. Observed Debris and residue in microwaves for rooms: 115, 304, 114. Observed staining bedroom curtain for rooms: 116 and 202. Observed debris on air conditioner grates for rooms 212. Observed staining desk chair for room 116. Observed debris inside coffee maker for room: 116. Advised PIC All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin

Observed staining on bed linens, bedskirt, and mattress for rooms: 202, 115, 304, 116 (hole in mattress). Advised PIC beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin

Advised PIC Anti-slip tubs slip strips, appliqués, or slip-proof mats shall be provided in each bathing facility and shall be kept clean and in good repair. Advised to place anti-slip materials in all guestroom tubs

Observed stains on curtain in room 210 and 316; observed stains on lamp shade and tears on lampshade in room 316; observed debris in dresser drawers in room 304. Advised PIC that bedroom furniture and its accessories shall be maintained in good repair and kept clean. Advised to thoroughly clean and repair guestroom furniture

Observed staining on pillows, bed linens, and mattresses in rooms 223, 114, 123, 304, and 325. Observed staining on bed skirt in room 223. Advised PIC that all bedding including mattresses, pillows. bed linens. and bed skirts are kept clean at all times

Observed the 2024 Tourist Accommodation permit posted in public view. Advised PIC that the current Tourist Accommodation permit shall be posted at all times. Advised PIC to place the 2025 Tourist Accommodation permit in public view

Observed flooring of bathtubs and showers with debris and staining in rooms 304, 325, 316, 210, 223, and 114; observed staining and residue on shower heads in rooms 316, 114 and 123, observed staining on bathroom towels in rooms 210. Advised PIC that all bathroom fixtures and its accessories shall be kept clean and maintained at all times. Advised PIC to thoroughly clean bathrooms

Observed black and pink mold-like substance on food contact surface interior dispenser unit of ice machine on 1st floor. Advised PIC ice machines shall be maintained in good repair and capable of being properly cleaned and sanitized according to the manufacturer’s recommendations

Observed severe debris inside of microwave in room 319, 314, and 315; observed debris on chair in room 315; observed excessive buildup inside the freezer portion of the mini refrigerator in room 216. Advised PIC that all bedroom furniture and its accessories shall be kept clean and in good repair at all times

Observed hole in comforter in room 314; observed staining on mattresses, pillows and comforter in rooms 216m 319, 315, and 314. Advised PIC that all bedding in guestrooms including pillows, mattresses, and comforters shall be kept clean and in good repair at all times

Observed mold-like substance on showerhead in bathroom in room 103, 107, 215, 319, 315; observed bathtub interior surfacing with debris in bathroom in rooms 319 and 315; observed debris/residue on vent in bathroom in rooms 315 and 314; observed staining on bathroom towels in rooms 319. Advised PIC that all toilet facilities and its fixtures shall be kept clean at all times

Upon arrival, observed single-service coffee stirrers stored unprotected from contamination in the lobby area. Advised PIC that single-service/single-use articles including coffee stirrers shall be protected from contamination. Advised to obtain a dispenser or obtain individually wrapped coffee-stirrers

Observed missing anti-slip applique/appliance not supplied in bathtubs in room 103, 107, and 215, Advised PIC that an anti-slip strips, mats and other applique shall be installed in all bathtubs/showers and kept in good repair

Observed guestroom water temperatures exceeding 120F in rooms 111 (124F), 222 (122F), 324 (123F), 306 (130F), 211 (123F), and 307 (127F). Advised PIC that all guestroom water temperatures shall not exceed 120F

Observed food splatter inside microwaves in rooms 111, 222, 324; Observed stains on carpet in room 306; Observed stains on chair in room 111; Observed stains on lampshade in room 222. Advised PIC that all bedroom furniture and its accessories shall be kept clean and in good repair at all times

Observed staining on pillows, mattresses and bedskirt in rooms 307, 306, 111, 119, 222. Advised PIC that all bedskirts, mattresses, and pillows shall be kept clean and in good condition at all times

Observed severe rusting on showerhead in rooms 222, 324, 306, 119; Observed debris in toilet in room 306; Observed severe staining on vent in room 119. Advised PIC that all bathing facilities and its fixtures shall be kept clean at all times

Observed garbage/dumpster open upon arrival. Advised PIC that garbage/dumpster lids shall be closed to prevent harborage of pests

Upon arrival, observed single-use coffee stirrers, cups, and cup lids unwrapped. Advised PIC that all single-use items including coffee stirrers, cups, and lids shall be individually wrapped or placed in dispenser

Observed pink/black mold-like substance on panel of ice machine. Advised PIC that all ice machines shall be maintained and kept clean at all times

Observed missing anti-slip mats/applique in bathtubs/showers in rooms 111, 306, 222, 307, 211, 119. Advised PIC that anti-slip mats/applique shall be placed inside bathtubs/showers and shall be provided
