Observed, in grill prep area bottom reach in cooler, raw beef patties stored above raw shrimp. Observed, in main kitchen walk in cooler, raw chicken tenders (personal food) stored above ready-to-eat bell peppers and mushrooms and raw beef patties stored behind raw shrimp on the same shelf. C/A: Food shall be protected from cross contamination by separating raw animal foods during storage from ready-to-eat food and by storing and by separating raw food according to the minimal internal cook temperature. COS: PIC placed raw shrimp above raw beef patties in bottom reach in cooler, placed raw beef patties in front of raw shrimp in walk in cooler and placed personal chicken on bottom shelf away from food for customers.
