Facility is vacuum sealing raw meats for butcher section of grocery store and raw meats and prepared pizzas for freezer section for grocery store without an approved procedure from the Health Authority.
CA: Before engaging in Reduced Oxygen Packaging without a variance as specified in DPH Rule 511-6-1-.04(6)(k), a permit applicant or permit holder shall submit a properly prepared HACCP plan to the Health Authority.
Facility shall stop vacuum sealing, selling vacuum sealed products, and remove current vacuum sealed products from sale until a procedure is approved by the Health Authority.
