C/A: Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap at all times. COS: PIC put in a work order to repair the soap pump

Observed mold-like (black and greenish colored) accumulations around soda nozzle dispensers (main kitchen, drive thru). C/A: All food contact surfaces must be cleaned and sanitized to sight and touch. COS: Cleaned

After discussion with PIC, EHS discovered that French fries are being tossed in a container that only gets cleaned once a day. C/A: If used with TCS food, such as French fries, equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned at least every 4 hours throughout the day. COS: Container cleaned.

Observed several plastic containers wet nested on shelf next to 3 compartment sink (warewashing area). C/A: All equipment, dishes, and utensils are required to air dry to prevent contamination. Paper towel drying is also permitted. COS: PIC sanitized dishes again and allowed to air dry.
