Observed black build up on the side of ice compartment in drive thru. C/A: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Facility has until 6/12/26 to submit to EHS proof of cleaned and sanitized ice compartment.

C/A: Food service establishments with drive-thru windows will post the current inspection report, and also have the inspection report posted so that a minimum of the top one-third of a copy of the current inspection report is visible through each window allowing customers to easily read the score, date of inspection and establishment information COS: Inspection report posted

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(2)(cc) - warewashing, automatic dispensing of detergents and sanitizers (pf)
Observed dish machine in ware washing area dispensing 0 ppm of chlorine. C/A: A ware washing machine that is installed after September 12, 2007 shall be designed and equipped to: automatically dispense detergents and sanitizer and incorporate a visual means to verify that detergents and sanitizers are delivered or a visual or audible alarm to signal if the detergents and sanitizers are not delivered to the respective washing and sanitizing cycles. COS: An "Out of Order" sign was placed on the dish machine. Facility to use 3-comparment sink testing at 100 ppm chlorine to clean and sanitize equipment until repairs can be made.

Observed employee beverages stored on top of food intended for customers in walk in cooler of main kitchen. C/A: Areas designated for employees to eat, drink, use tobacco products and electronic devices shall be located so that food, equipment, linens, and single-service and single-use articles are protected from contamination. COS: Employee food items moved to separate area.
