Observed many personal items, a motor and other miscellaneous clutter.  CAS: Maintaining Premises, free of unnecessary items/litter (C) (n) Maintaining Premises. The premises shall be free of items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the establishment, such as litter or equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used and litter.

Observed active chlorine sanitizer solution prepared at 10 ppm to sanitize food contact surfaces in main kitchen. CA: Ensure active sanitizer solution is prepared at the proper concentration to sanitize food contact surfaces as needed. COS: Chlorine Sanitizer bucket prepared at 100 ppm.
