Observed no active sanitizer dispensing at the three-compartment sink. Concentration measured 0ppm. CA Concentration of the Quat Sanitizer must be between 200ppm and 400ppm Manager stated that the sanitizer will be mixed by hand until the dispenser will be fixed. Update: An informal visit was performed on 11/07 to ensure the sanitizer dispenser was repaired. The Sanitizer was repaired by Ecolab and was tested at 400ppm
